Republican presidential hopeful Ron DeSantis is taking aim at China with a 10-point economic plan he’s calling a “Declaration of Economic Independence.” The plan also targets taxes, regulations and the “elites” he blames for the nation’s decline. (July 31)

Lincolnton police are looking for a driver who ran over six migrant workers in North Carolina in what they say “appears to be an intentional assault.”

Police search for driver that allegedly intentionally struck six migrant workers

Six migrant workers were treated and released from the hospital after police say a driver intentionally ran them over with a car.

Lori Vallow Daybell, the Idaho mother convicted of killing her two young kids and her husband’s former wife, was to be sentenced Monday.

Alix Dorsainvil lives and works in Haiti as a nurse for El Roi. She is married to El Roi director and Haitian native, Sandro Dorsainvil.
